- The competitive team offers a trial period of up to two weeks before joining.

- Please PRINT, fill out, and bring this FORM with you to your evaluation.
- For practice changes/cancellation notifications, download the Team Reach app.

- This will be the only way to receive practice changes and cancellations.
- Anyone with a smartphone can subscribe with our team code.
