- The competitive team offers a trial period of up to two weeks before joining.

- Please PRINT, fill out, and bring this FORM with you to your evaluation.
- For practice changes/cancellation notifications, download the Team Reach app.

AFTER YOUR TRIAL: We are SO glad you've chosen to swim with us!
Becoming a member requires a few steps and we want to make it an easy and clear process. It includes an online registration with JAX and with USA Swimming.
Important Note about USA Swimming Registration: There is an overlap in the registration period for USA Swimming to eliminate any gaps in insurance coverage. USA registration for each new year opens on September 1 and is valid through December of the following year. Example: Registration for 2025 is open September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025, and is valid September 1, 2024- December 31, 2025. Registration for 2025 will open September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026, and is valid September 1, 2025 - December 31, 2026.
Here are some instructions to help:
- After reviewing these instructions, click the REGISTER NOW! link below.
- The website will prompt you to login or create a new account.
- Fill in all required information for yourself and your swimmer(s).
- Include your child's current shirt size.
- Select the Group the swimmer is registering for.
- Carefully review each "Section" and check them off to acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all policies.
- Be sure to read the Jackson Swim Team Policy handbook. Click HERE to read it now.
- Once JAX registration is complete, you will see a "Success" screen. The Success screen includes information about USA Swimming registration (required) and a red button to Register with USA Swimming Now. Click the link and follow the prompts to set up an account for yourself (parent/guardian). Then follow the prompts to register your swimmer(s) with USA Swimming. The USA Swimming page has links to further help if needed.
- USA Swimming registration fee – you will pay USA Swimming registration fees online directly to USA Swimming when you register your swimmer for their USA Swimming membership
- FLEX Membership - $30 - For swimmers ages 12 and under. Allows participation in a maximum of two (2) USA meets.
- PREMIUM Membership - $82 – For swimmers ages 13 and older AND for swimmers ages 12 and under who want to participate in three (3) or more USA meets.
- USA Swimming registration fee – you will pay USA Swimming registration fees online directly to USA Swimming when you register your swimmer for their USA Swimming membership
- Autopay for JAX fees: Autopay information must be added and kept current to process fees.
- Sign in to your account at jaxswimteam.com.
- In the side menu, click My Account>Set Up Autopay
- Click Add New Card or Add Bank Account
- Fill in the credit card or bank details. The Copy From Account Info speeds the process.
- When finished, click Save.
Once the JAX Swim Team online registration, USA Swimming registration and Autopay have been completed, your swimmer(s) will be a member of our team and USA Swimming!! Congratulations! All members receive a team T-shirt and cap!

*USA Swimming membership is also required for all JAX participants. USA Swimming Membership options for competitive team members:
Flex Athlete - Only allowed for swimmers ages 12 and under. This option will not appear if your swimmer is age 13 and up. Limited to two (2) USA meets per year. $30, expires December 31, 2024.
Premium Athlete - Required for competitive team members ages 13 and up. Also needed for competitive team members ages 12 and under who want to participate in more than two (2) USA meets per year. JAX Swim School participants who are ages 13 and up may also register as Premium Athletes to save money with this annual membership option. $82, expires December 31, 2024.
Individual Season Athlete membership is NOT recommended for competitive team members because it is only valid for 150 days.
**A 5% discount on monthly fees is applied to each additional swimmer a family may have on the team. The swimmer in the highest training group is charged at full price.

University of Memphis Lambuth Campus Parking Fee:
- All cars parked on the campus are required to display a parking permit.
- These must be purchased each semester: Fall, Spring, and Summer. Tell the office it’s for the Jackson Swim Team program for a reduced rate ($32).
