JAX Swim School
Goals for Lesson Levels 101 - 401
JAX Swim School group lessons are for beginners who are already comfortable in a pool setting and can learn with other swimmers. There is no minimum age requirement, but children must be potty-trained. We offer several levels, from learning to swim to preparing for the team.

JAX Shark School
Bridge from Lessons to the Team (AVAILABLE AUGUST - MAY)
JAX Shark School is for swimmers who no longer need basic lessons and are ready to prepare for the team. In each 45-minute practice, swimmers will work on building the skills, stamina, and knowledge needed for Bronze - the entry level of our competitive team.
Swimmers must already be able to complete at least 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke unassisted, with the coach on the pool deck.
Registration will be limited to a maximum of five (5)
swimmers per coach. Minimum of 3 swimmers.
*Participation is at the discretion of the Head Coach.
